Scoliosis
Almost all adults have scoliosis. Do you know the causes or have you heard them somewhere? ? 7 woes – 1 answer, blame it on gadgets.? I won’t recommend throwing away your phones and moving to live in the woods. Let’s get this straight: what can realistically be done for scoliosis in an adult.

There are 4️⃣ stages of scoliosis: stages 1-2 are well corrected. At stage 3, corseting and a special set of therapeutic physical exercises are indicated. Stage 4 scoliosis involves surgery.
At stages 1-3 I can help significantly. During the session I work the muscle tissues and deep fascia, improve trophicity in painful joints and reduce swelling.
You cannot change the degree of scoliosis when you are older, but there is no need to ignore the situation. A specially adapted complex of physical exercises will help to improve your health (!). And visually, after working on the muscles and fascias, the figure and posture will improve.
At 1-2 stages (when you can visually see the curvature of the spine but no serious pain) prophylaxis is indicated in order to: 1️⃣ Do not reach pain 2️⃣ Minimise the impact of a curved spine on the function of internal organs
I would like to list NONE of the possible complications that scoliosis can cause: gastritis, lower back pain and pain between the shoulder blades, shoulder pain, hernias, cardiovascular problems, clicking and pain in the hip joints. Convincing enough to engage in scoliosis treatment? ?
Frequent question: should I wear a corset? ? A corset is only indicated for stage 3 scoliosis, but it just holds the posture, but does not treat it. Without a special set of LFC, which depends on the patient, and osteopathy, there will be no progress for the better. ⠀
The patient’s natural flexibility and the regularity of the LFC are the 2 main factors that influence the speed of treatment.
